It all started as a crazy dream that I proactively brought to the Cartoon Network team, and to see it come to life is an incredible achievement. It's undoubtedly one of the proudest and happiest moments of my career. Girls Drawing Girls resonates with me both as a professional and as someone who once was a kid that couldn't stop drawing. I wish I could have been a part of something like Girls Drawing Girls when I was a little girl too. With the aim of empowering more and more girls, the project invites girls up to 17 years old to create their own storylines and drawings of their favourite Cartoon Network female characters using the #CNFanArt platform, a space where Cartoon fans can upload their creations. Three of these creations made by young girls will come to life in a new and exclusive short animated film. This content will be created, designed, and animated in co-production with a women-led studio.
